His fragrance

(141)  Se je akashe sagare vane kantare

In sky and sea, in grove and wilderness,
In vine and leaf, He bides hidden.
On autumn nights, in the jasmine flower,
He resides, filling scent with sweet aroma.

From Whose beauty, the form cosmic,
Does it ever get forgot?
Get forgot: it does not, does not,
Does not, does not.
From Whose splendor, the light cosmic,
Does it keep on staying far apart?
Staying far: it does not, does not,
Does not, does not.
Staying far from Him, it does not, does not;
Ever keeping far from Him, it does not, does not
Does not, does not.

If I were a honeydew with floral fragrance
On branch of a bush in a lonesome forest,
Soaked in crimson glow the tender leaves
On all sides stay round me.
Like that I want to remain enclosed,
Far away I don't want to go.

In sky and sea, in grove and wilderness,
In vine and leaf, He bides hidden.
From morn through night, all that is in bloom
He remains filling scent with perfume.
